Uploading your music and album artwork is easy with IndieFlow’s distribution service. You can simply upload your music files, add relevant metadata such as track titles, artist names, and album information, and upload your album artwork, all through our user-friendly platform.
Is there a limit to the number of songs or albums I can distribute through IndieFlow?
As emerging artists, there is no limit to the number of songs or albums you can distribute through our service. free users can only distribute singles.Use our free plan to release as many singles as you'd like, and upgrade to any of our paid plans to release multi-track releases such as EPs and Albums.
Is there a fee or cost associated with using IndieFlow’s digital music distribution service?
Our digital music distribution service charges a 5% fee for free users. Paid plan users receive 100% of royalties.
How long does it take for my music to be available on streaming platforms after distribution?
Different stores and times of the year can affect release timelines (for example, December can get very busy). To make sure your release is processed in time, we recommend sending it AT LEAST 14 days before release day. This is because some stores may need a few days to process new releases.
Can I distribute my music if I am not the sole copyright owner or have co-writers?
IndieFlow allows you to add collaborators and payee participants with a simple form. This ensures that everyone who deserves payment gets paid.This is also true for our publishing administration tool.
Can I distribute my music if I don't have a registered music publishing company?
Yes! For our Emerging Artist and Artist Manager plans, we will register and collect subsequent publishing royalties via Songtrust, saving you $100.
Can I add lyrics to my new release?
Absolutely. By adding lyrics on our easy to use distribution flow, they’ll automatically appear on 40 different stores. IndieFlow’s distribution links to MusixMatch & LyricsFind so you’ll be able to sync them to your music and make sure they’re live everywhere.
